Renoto Technologies is a partnership between Denoto Holding Corporation LLC and ReMo Homes. Denoto, wholly owned by the Hoopa Valley Tribe, holds a 51% ownership interest, and ReMo Homes holds 49%.
Renoto brings together two companies with complementary capabilities to deliver scalable, resilient housing solutions. Denoto contributes tribal economic development leadership, community-driven development experience, and federal contracting strategy. ReMo brings advanced prefab housing technology, engineering, and manufacturing expertise.
Together, Renoto is designed to expand housing production, strengthen tribal and rural infrastructure, create workforce opportunities, and build long-term economic value for the communities it serves.

Denoto Holding Corporation LLC is the economic development arm of the Hoopa Valley Tribe, a federally recognized sovereign nation in Northern California. ReMo Homes
ReMo Homes is an advanced modular housing manufacturer developing high-performance, zero-carbon homes through factory-based construction. ReMo has received California Energy Commission funding for zero-carbon prefab technology development and secured statewide approval in California.
